1. About Don't Forget

Don't Forget is a software platform designed to help users stay organized by managing dashboards, follow-ups, appointments, bookings, projects, teams, notifications, archives, analytics, and related productivity tools.

2. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, password, and login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and agree to provide accurate account information.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Don't Forget is a subscription-based service.
• By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges for the subscription plan selected at checkout.
• Your subscription automatically renews each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future monthly billing.
• Subscription payments are non-refundable. No full or partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods, account inactivity, or failure to use the platform.
• Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of access to the platform.

4. Account Cancellation

• Upon cancellation, access to the platform will terminate.
• Account data may be retained for up to 30 days following cancellation.
• After 30 days, account data, dashboards, follow-ups, appointments, bookings, projects, team information, archives, and related content may be permanently deleted and may not be recoverable.

5. Third-Party Integrations

• Users may choose to connect third-party services including Zoom, Google Meet, Stripe, and PayPal.
• These integrations are optional.
• Don't Forget does not own, have access to, manage, control, or maintain your third-party accounts.
• Don't Forget does not have access to your passwords, private credentials, payment accounts, Zoom accounts, Google Meet accounts, Stripe accounts, or PayPal accounts.
• We do not charge additional fees for connecting third-party services.
• Any issues involving payments, refunds, disputes, outages, account restrictions, billing errors, account access, or technical issues related to a third-party provider must be addressed directly with that provider.
• Don't Forget is not a payment processor. Payments processed through third-party providers are governed by the terms and policies of those providers.

6. Collaborator Access

• Collaborator access is controlled by the subscriber.
• Collaborator access may be granted, removed, restricted, extended, or terminated by the subscriber or by platform workflows associated with project completion, project archiving, or project expiration.

7. User Content

• You retain ownership of the content you create or store within the platform.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your content.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws
• Use the platform for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Interfere with platform operations
• Upload harmful software or malicious content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Privacy

• We respect your privacy.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• Information collected may include account information, contact information, booking information, project information, usage information, and other information necessary to operate and improve the platform.
• Information is used to provide services, maintain security, support user-requested integrations, improve functionality, and communicate important account information.

10. Data Sharing

We do not sell user information. Information may be disclosed only when reasonably necessary to:

• Operate the platform
• Support user-requested integrations
• Comply with legal obligations
• Protect platform security and integrity
• Enforce these terms

11. Service Availability

• While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, internet outages, hosting provider issues, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions beyond our control.

12. No Guarantee of Results

• Don't Forget provides organizational and productivity tools.
• We do not guarantee business results, revenue, client acquisition, project success, productivity outcomes, or any specific outcome from the use of the platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Don't Forget shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.
• This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, loss of data, missed appointments, missed bookings, missed projects, service interruptions, or third-party integration failures.
• Use of the platform is at your own risk.

14. Changes to These Terms

• Don't Forget may update these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy from time to time.
• Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
